Select the reason for your return
Your ordered items do not fit or do you not like them?

This is how the return process works:

  1. You have 30 days to register your return.
  2. To do so, go to Create return and have your order no. or webshop no. ready.
  3. It is best to pack the items in the original shipping box.
  4. Take the package to the parcel shop of your choice and stamp it sufficiently.
  5. A credit note will be issued within 14 days of receipt of your return.
 
Your order has defects?

To process your complaint quickly, it is best to proceed as follows:

  1. Go to Create complaint.
  2. Have your order no. or webshop no. and the corresponding item number ready. You will find this in your order confirmation or on the delivery note.
  3. Take a detailed photo of the defect and the complete article.
  4. Describe the defect in short sentences.
