JAKO and Suissetech are official suppliers of the German Ski Association
The athletes in the Alpine Skiing, Ski Cross and Freeskiing sports will be equipped with training and lifestyle clothing from JAKO for the upcoming summer preparation.
Together with its retail partner Suissetech, JAKO is outfitting the teams of the German Ski Association (DSV) in the sports of alpine skiing, ski cross and freeskiing. This means that the athletes will be wearing JAKO outfits during training and leisure time in the upcoming summer preparation. The contract between the DSV and Suissetech was already signed in July 2021 and runs for two years until 2023.
The company Suissetech-Service GmbH & Co KG is the contact partner for associations, clubs and companies throughout Europe for all matters relating to JAKO team sports and JAKO workwear. In cooperation with the DSV, Suissetech takes care of the sponsoring as well as the complete service - from consulting to finishing and delivery of the JAKO articles.
Jörn Neßlinger, managing partner of the Suissetech Group, says: "Professional skiing is extremely popular in Germany and constantly inspires the masses. We have a great partner in the German Ski Association, with whom we work closely, especially in the pre-season phases. We are pleased to work with JAKO to repeatedly equip athletes in the three disciplines of Alpine Skiing, Ski Cross and Freeskiing with training and lifestyle clothing."
Rüdiger Lückertz, JAKO Sales Manager, adds: "The basis of every successful team is uniform teamwear in the right sizes and colours. In cooperation with Suissetech, we provide the DSV with the optimal equipment to create the basis for great success during training. We are very proud of this partnership and look forward to the upcoming cooperation. WE ARE TEAM."
Michael Herfellner, Head of Skipool DSV: "Function and quality of the equipment are top priority for our top athletes. The teamwear from JAKO meets the highest demands and thus the foundation for a successful summer preparation of our athletes has been laid."
The DSV teams will be equipped for the summer preparation with the official summer uniforms, which will take place on 17 and 18 May in Kempten. Around 220 athletes, coaches and officials will receive their JAKO outfits for training and leisure. One part of the new team clothing is, for example, the Teamline Challenge.
After the clothing ceremony, the winter athletes will start preparing for the next season. First with strength and fitness training, before they go abroad for a cycling course. Finally, at the end of August, the team flies to Chile for the first training camp on snow.
