Conditions of participation

1. Participation in the raffle implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of participation. By participating in the raffle, the participant accepts these conditions of participation.
2. The organiser of the raffle is JAKO AG, based in Mulfingen-Hollenbach, Germany.
3. The raffle starts on 06.07.2023 and ends on 11.08.2023 at 23:59.
4. The price is a JAKO voucher worth 1,000 euros that will be raffled during the campaign period.
5. Cash payment of the prize is not possible. There is no guarantee or warranty claim for the prize.
6. Participation takes place by filling out the form on the website https://www.jako.de/de/teamline-power/.
7. Participation is allowed to persons with permanent residence in the EU and Switzerland. Anyone over the age of 18 is eligible to participate. Employees of JAKO AG are excluded from participation.
8. The winner will be chosen at random within 14 days of the end of the raffle.
9. The winner will be informed by e-mail. The winner must respond to this e-mail within 5 working days. If the winner does not respond within this period, the prize will be raffled again among all participants.
10. All names and contact information of the participants will be collected and saved for the purpose of determining the prize. All personal data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the raffle. The other data relating to the club will be used for internal information purposes. No data will be passed on to third parties. Participants are entitled to statutory rights of information, amendment and revocation.
11. The legal process is excluded.
