DIGITAL DELIVERY NOTE
After a very successful testing phase and a very positive feedback we want to inform you that starting from 1st of February we will use the digital delivery note for all our customers.
If you already want to activate the digital delivery bill, you will find the option in the account area "Activate digital delivery bill". Select this and set a personal pin to protect your delivery bills.

From now on a QR Code will be shown on every of our packages and offers you many advantages. You may ask yourself why we want to make this step? Easy answer: we want to make another important contribution to environmental protection and make the work processes as comfortable as possible for you.
The digital delivery note offers you many practical advantages. You have access to you delivery notes every time and everywhere and don´t have to safe physical documents. With just a few clicks you can download the delivery notes, forward it or use it for your organization.

Step by step instruction
Digital delivery note
Now you'll want to know how to use the digital delivery note. Simply follow the steps below and you're ready to enjoy the benefits of the digital delivery note.
1. Activation of the digital delivery note
In your account area, you will find the option "Activate digital delivery note". Select this and set a personal pin to protect your delivery notes.
2. Scan the QR Code
When your parcel arrives, you will see a QR code on the parcel. Open the camera on your smartphone or use a QR code scanner app to scan the QR code.
3. Enter PIN
After scanning the QR code, a window will appear in which you can enter your previously defined PIN. This ensures that only you have access to the delivery notes.
4. Checking the articles
Open the delivery note: As soon as you have entered the pin, the digital delivery note will open on your smartphone. You can now easily see which items are in this parcel.
