1. Participation in the competition requires acceptance of the conditions of participation. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these conditions of participation.

2. The organizer of the competition is JAKO AG, based in Mulfingen, Germany, represented by its Management Board. The competition is not affiliated with Instagram.

3. The competition starts on 01.12.2024 and ends on 31.12.2024 at 20:00. The periods specified daily in the Instagram story at https://www.instagram.com/jako_belgium/ or https://www.instagram.com/jako.nederland/  apply to the individual prizes.

4. Participation in the competition is free of charge and does not require the purchase of any goods or services. No paid services need to be used in order to participate.

5. Various items will be raffled off during the promotion period, which will be presented daily at https://www.instagram.com/jako_belgium/ or https://www.instagram.com/jako.nederland/

6. Cash payment or transfer of the prizes is excluded. There is no warranty or guarantee claim on the prizes. JAKO AG is entitled to make changes to the prize.

7. To take part in the competition, the user must correctly solve the questions asked or complete the task that is posted daily in the Instagram story or as a post at https://www.instagram.com/jako_belgium/ or https://www.instagram.com/jako.nederland/ and follow @jako_ag. For competitions that are published as a post in the feed, the person taking part must also mention another profile in a comment under the competition post and like the post. The winners will only be notified via the official JAKO AG account.

8. Comments under the post belonging to the competition that violate the Instagram Community Guidelines (https://help.instagram.com/477434105621119) German law and/or copyright will be removed without notice. The participant is thus excluded from the prize.

9. Natural persons with permanent residence in the EU and Switzerland are eligible to participate. The prizes will only be sent within the EU and Switzerland. Anyone over the age of 18 is eligible to participate. Multiple entries, for example under a pseudonym or other e-mail addresses, are not permitted and will result in exclusion from the competition. Employees of JAKO AG are excluded from participation.

10. The winners will be determined daily at random.

11. The winners will be informed by private message on Instagram. The respective winner must reply to this message with their address details within 5 working days. If a winner does not respond within this period, the prize will be raffled again among all participants.

12. Prizes involving an entire team include the respective prize in 18 copies, unless otherwise stated in the post.

13. All names of the participants will be recorded and stored for the purpose of determining the prize. Address data will only be collected from the winner and will only be used to send the prizes. All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the competition. No data will be passed on to third parties. Participants are entitled to statutory rights to information, amendment and revocation.

14. Legal recourse is excluded.
